Production worker in respirator mask production

We are actually a metal processing company with a focus on light metal foundry, but in May 2020 we decided to produce respirators in a previously unused building area. We currently have three production lines for FFP2 masks and one production line for surgical masks. Since our masks are now certified and demand is constantly increasing, we are looking for reliable employees for the production area. You must be able to speak and write German.

No vocational training is required, but work experience, preferably in the production area of an industrial company, and a willingness to work shifts should be available.

These are the tasks:

• Assistance in production in the areas of: Machine guidance, setting up and loading the equipment, removal and short visual inspection of the finished masks, insertion of the masks into the packaging machine, packaging of the masks into and labelling of the shipping boxes.
• Daily cleaning and disinfection of the production equipment and surrounding areas
• Compliance with the specified hygiene requirements

Plant Manager / Shift Supervisor Respirator Mask Production

We currently have three production lines for FFP2 masks and one production line for surgical masks. Since our masks are now certified and demand is constantly increasing, we are looking for reliable employees for the production area. You must be able to speak and write German and English.

You should have completed vocational training in the technical field with good knowledge and professional experience in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrics in the production area of an industrial company and you should also be willing to work shifts.

These are the tasks:

• Constant monitoring, care, maintenance and, if necessary, repair and adjustment of the production plants.
• Setting up the lines for product changes
• Changing the fleece rolls
• Troubleshooting and documentation in case of malfunctions
• Checking the plant with regard to germ contamination
• Compliance with specified hygiene requirements
• Shift management with planning and control of the assigned employees
