What is your core business / competence?
The Stolfig Group is a supplier company that manufactures tools and components in small series and prototype quantities, e.g. for the automotive industry. This includes, for example, forming tools, system components, welded assemblies, cast components (investment casting, grey casting, lost molds), lightweight construction with magnesium and aluminum.
For what reason did you decide to manufacture masks?
The space needed for mask production was available at the time of the initial pandemic phase. After the federal government solicited local production opportunities, we seized the chance to establish a second foothold.
Why is quality important to you?
Our FFP2 masks are designed to make everyday life as easy as possible for wearers. They are comfortable to wear, stylish, free of harmful substances and protect health. Nothing is as counterproductive as a protective mask that is worn incorrectly or not worn at all. We want to make our quality visible by testing through TÜV Rheinland and thus give customers confidence in the product.
Why is certification by TÜV Rheinland (CE1008) important for your company?
In times of a pandemic, people are very insecure. Tested and certified FFP2 masks for protection against infectious diseases are therefore essential and should give our customers the security they need to continue to move around in society without fear.
